Store sesame seeds and walnut grounds in an airtight glass jar separately and use within 4 weeks

Place sesame and walnut powder in an airtight glass jar separately. Store them in the shade and use them within 4 weeks.

Roasted sesame seeds and walnuts are good in an airtight glass jar in the shade for at least 6 months. However, the grounded ones, especially the walnuts, are much more susceptible to spoilage. Therefore, I recommend making small-batch, or 4 weeks of usage, of black sesame walnut mix at a time.

For the same reason, I suggest store them in a separate glass container.

Besides making Zhi Ma Hu, you can also add either or both to yogurt, smoothie, oatmeal, etc.
