Ingredients
- 440 g plain Greek yogurt, organic preferred
- 230 g coconut oil, organic virgin preferred
- 240 g cane sugar, organic unrefined preferred
- 60 g cacao powder, organic cold-pressed preferred
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt, Himalayan pink salt, or sea salt
Instructions
- Chop coconut oil into small pieces, warm up a little just enough to soften them but not turn them into liquid.
- Add the softened coconut oil to a Stand Mixer to beat and cream them.
- Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extra into the mixer, continue to beat until creamy.
- Sift cacao powder and salt using a flour sifter.
- Mix the sifted cacao powder & salt and sugar in a bowl.
- Gradually add the mixture of the dried ingredients into the Stand Mixer while continue beating, until all is added and the whole thing turns into a creamy frosting.
